NO BORDERS Is a strong statement against consumerist society and waste, as well as strongly referring to the traditional nomad life of Gildas ancestors.

For no borders, Gilda is working with artisans around the world. She believes in slow fashion and equality and her designs should empower mostly female artisans to gain more indipendency. Her newest collection (2023) of handknotted moroccan carpets can be found in the no borders shop.

The first documentation of NO BORDERS (First shown as gildas graduate collection in 2019) has been shot by Alexandra Lapina next to a power plant; This to point out that if we keep on building structures and exploiting the resources of the planet non-stop, we will be living (as we are already) surrounded by trash in total wasteland. The gypsy family however stays happy and celebrates the beauty of community and life in the wilderness.

The second shooting (can be found in the no borders shop) has been shot by Zanne Chaudhry (UK) in the Swiss mountains. Our idea was to reconnect with natural spirits and ancient, naturalist traditions, such as swiss pagan culture. Therefore, the natural spirits get rid of bad energy and negativity, and make us sensitive for the deep and strong beauty surrounding us.
